This is insanity, the Christian church now promoting homosexuality. I know they voted her out, but barely and what about the Episcopalian clergyman, openly living with his 'partner', who was recently confirmed as bishop? A schism threatens to emerge between the US and African/worldwide Episcopalian community because of it.

This moral confusion threatens to uproot our civilization and is causing chaos at all levels of society, which itself in the western world, seem increasingly lost, amoral and soulless.

That is why, as I have written below, Islam for all of its flaws will triumph over post-Christian Europe, it is not ambiguous about what it is and what it wishes to achieve.

Mr. Fitzgerald,

I of course agree that Islam was never a force for any advances ever achieved by the Judeo-Christian West, save for any military insights possibly learned by their incessant aggression against Christian Europe for centuries.

Apparently, Europe owes a dept of gratitude for its own success and our collective guilt originating from various sources, mostly liberalism, demands that we pay homage to the cult of multiculturalism of which Islamic expansionistic tendencies are well suited to exploit under scarcely concealed cloak.

What does Mr. Ramadan advance without any hint of shame nor modesty? That Muslims are the spring well of all that Europe has built and created, America as the heir of European values, that is Western values, is by extension equally indebted.

This is a criminal farce and downright laughable were it not that so many subscribe to historical revisionism and multicultural drivel.

You declare in the opening sentences of your article that Turkey will not be accepted into the EU. I beg to differ and wonder how you can be so certain despite all the ominous signs that Europe is embarking on a path that will perhaps be the most historically unprecedented situation in all of human folly, a superior civilization surrendering its culture with all presence of mind and willful force of purpose to it's historic nemesis while at the height of its own power and influence.

I think the laws of natural selection and extinction apply to civilizations and if we in the West have grown weary of shouldering so much of the world's well being, we should just surrender and let others see if they can do it better. After all, as we are reminded daily, there are no differences among cultures, to think so indicates you are racist.

Mysteriously, the greatest intolerants in world history, Muslims, are immune from this well earned label which makes their job that much easier of colonizing and conquering weaker cultures such as our post Christian civilization.

While we watch "Pimp my Ride" and "The Real World" and lust for anything sexual or vulgar or amoral or non-traditional, Islam to its credit, knows exactly what it is and what it seeks. It has an objective and direction, something we lost a long time ago when Western civilization became the standard of human potential and accomplishment.

We are tired and succumbing ever faster to the internal rot and external exploitation that has befallen every great civilization before us.
