You know, when I loaded this page there were no comments. I wrote one ("Is it Seymour Hersh? What do I win?") only to find that The New Yorker had got in ahead of me. Well, they don't call it a New York minute for nothing, I suppose.
By the way, Hersh is not the one who said the thing about insanity. In fact, Hersh is repeatedly doing something, hoping he'll get the same result as the first time: a Pullet Surprise.

Yes. UNVIEL stands for UN Verification and Inspection, East London, a surveillance-only force that reveals all, but only in the wake of harder evidence suggesting where to go looking for the next-of-kin of the late suspects.
