It's so hot, I'm burning up"

Melissa Doi On the morning of 11 September 2001, Melissa Doi, a 32-year-old manager for IQ Financial Systems, was trapped on the 83rd floor of the South Tower of the World Trade Center after the hijacked United Airlines Flight 175 crashed into the building at 9:02:59 a.m. local time. She managed to make a phone call to the New York City emergency services. A four-minute portion of Doi's end of the conversation was played for jurors in April at the trial of the 9/11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui. The dispatcher who took the call, an unidentified woman, tried to comfort Doi over the course of their harrowing 20-minute phone conversation that fatal day. "It's so hot, I'm burning up," Doi tells the dispatcher at about 9:18 a.m. "I'm going to die!" And she did. But she has not been forgotten.

I have done research after research on her!
She was amazing.
I have had never got the chance to meet her. Reading about her makes me want to break down and cry. Because i know that there are so many more people just like her that died the same way!
