Which brings us to the Job of the Day. It offers a juicy €310,000 a year and 90 days paid holidays. Qualifications? "No experience required, though good sporting knowledge an advantage particularly an understanding of the Offside Rule." I think I understand the rule now so it's time to dust off the CV. Check this out: "Experience in multicultural and healthcare issues is essential." That's just so totally accurate, as anyone with an inkling of the Rainy Day background will attest. And what about this? "You will report to the Nation on a daily basis." If this isn't a job for a blogger, what is? And it gets better: "Good communication skills and infacta command of the English language useful." Works in progress, those, but we're getting there.
